This is an official complaint. Store 2022/ Bramalea & Sandalwood allows a lot of indifferent behaviour to transpire and as a long-time employee and customer, it really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Independently this store has allowed: Indifferent staff: they ignore your greetings, meaning not even a hello gets a response they also have no empathy so if something happens in your store, they just watch and act as emotionless by-standers. Line-cutting: This one seems a bit juvenile, granted. Although rules are rules and first come, first served. Depite having my empties fully organized and ready on the rollers, because i stepped to the side to *put away my cart* which i believed was polite, they allowed another customer to cut in line. 2 staff members were there and witnessed me show up first and ready. Refusing to solve customer issues or requests: I've worked for the company for 8 years. I know its possible to void a transaction and re-enter it. However without asking how I wanted the money, they simply handed me a bunch of change. I asked for it to be entered on the card, but they said its not possible. Even without voiding it, its possible to simply refill the card. These and others are among what these staff are constantly engaging in at this store. Would any of this behaviour lead this beer store to be considered "high-quality"? Are the policies just not important anymore? If not then why do I still have to organize my own empties? Is any of this conducive to effective repeat business?

Horrible customer service. Brought in empties and the employees took forever to give me my deposit. The black woman working there told me take it to the other side but ended up give cash from the till I was standing in front of before. Black woman asks me if I am buying anything and when I replied no, her and the red hair girl muttered something and they both start laughing. Disgrace of a store.

Wonderful store, definitely will come back. Staff is awesome, always there to help and always smiling. Great beer selection and the store is almost always stocked. 10/10 would definitely recommend :)

Great experience and staff were very courteous. This location is small and very convenient. It's surrounded by Macdonald, banks, shoppers, freshco supermarket, Popeyes, and many more. 👍🏽

Horrible customer service. Staff taking breaks at the cash registers. The girl with the dyed red hair is rude.
