I wish if I can give less than this rating. Very worst experience. Staff is very very rude specially ‘Kareena’ at this location. she said kick them out to her colleague in front of me. And when I was trying to tell her he started yelling at me infront of all the customers and refuse to sale

Very clean, tidy, roomy which makes it nice and easy to take your time to browse if you like to as I do. Or quickly go in and grab what you are looking for. Staff are friendly and polite. Has several registers fairly quick check out. Has a good selection of chilled white wines, packaged/ cased or single beer, cider and pre mixed canned or bottled beverages, coolers, cocktails etc. so you are ready to serve if need be. A wide variety of alcohol or spirits from around the world. Gift bags, boxes etc. as well as reusable bags available. Gift cards are available. You can get a copy Small size bottles and sizes of s variety of beverages available at front of store. Shopping carts and baskets at the store front to make shopping easier. You can use Air Miles card for every $30 you spend plus Bonus Air Mile offers. Check in store on shelves, Air Miles online or App as well as LCBO website for offers. You can also order online and pick up in store or delivery for a fee. "Food and Drink" magazine for ideas or suggestions at front of store or online as well as online "Vintages" to help with your shopping.

This location is always clean and organized. The staff is great and knowledgeable. I didn't know the ne of the wine I wanted just how it looked and they lead me right too it. My only annoyance is sometimes it takes awhile before they call extra cashiers and the line up gets long.

I was looking for some specific beers. I was offered help by the staff working in this branch of LCBO. It is a good place to shop.
