Awful customer service! Beyond terrible and you should be ashamed. I called in on 02/06 at around 9:15pm asking if the store was open (Google said it was). Lady who answered, said the store in Heartland (Rodeo drive was open until 10:00pm). Rushed over to the Rodeo drive location (30 mins away) only to find out the "Heartland" location closed at 9:00pm. Get your information right!... or tell me the store is closed! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Customer service....

Something weird happened today (Friday March 10 around 2 :30).Nothing wrong with store or staff . But this security guy , he made me so uncomfortable, as I walked in store and went to scotch section this security guy comes stand beside me . I was looking for some scotch ,he still beside me, but as soon as i start walking he just started following me i didn't realize until I get to wine section i had to pick some wine too. I thought may be it's just me thinking he following me thn I decided to go to beer section to see if he comes and yes this man behind me again I went to front section picked proper twelve bottle and this man again there watching me lol .I was about to ask him but decided not to thinking he just doing his job . But following just one individual continuesly isn't good practice of security gaurd . I did talk to cashier but they didn't seem to care much . With all due respect please get some good security gaurds with proper training, who doesnt make customers uncomfortable by following them .hope you guys do something about these kind of incidents. Thanks

This is concerning an incident that happened at your heartland location (rodeo dr, Mississauga) on Thursday Feb 9th at 6:10pm. I purchase a bottle of polar ice vodka 750ml priced at 16.10$ with label and roughly 20 of the same bottles with the label on shelve. When at the cash I notice it was scanned at 30.56$ I let the cashier know that the label on the shelf is stating a different price. She kindly told me she’d have to ask her shift manager what can she do. The shift manager Marc came over and started the conversation with “what’s the problem” I explained that the items on the shelf are incorrectly priced and if he can honor the price on the shelf. According the scanning code of practice Ontario states “ Under the code, when the scanned price of an item without a price tag is higher than the displayed price, the customer is entitled to receive the item free of charge when it is worth less than $10, or receive a $10 reduction if the correct price is worth more than $10”. He did not offer any apology when mentioned it’s the stores fault the items were priced incorrectly he told me “ I will not give it to you!” And walked away. This was such a disappointing experience, Marc does not know how to deal with customer service properly and doesn’t portray the company values.

Worst location to visit ever !! Asking for ID and then telling "we don't accept ID's digitally" in the sane age of technology is brutal. I have been to this location for numerous times but no one refused to serve. Just wanted to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner with family but the guy on the cash seemed to be extremely rude. Thanking you on this thanksgiving for the humiliation Sir!! ENJOY!!
