I'm not in the store often as I'm not a big drinker. Any time I am in there the staff is nice and the store is stocked. Most recently had a great experience with a female staff worker who patiently helped me find some things I wanted - unfortunately it is a summer only item - so she helped come up with some alternatives.

Fast service, considering it was during the snowstorm that was going. Only had one complaint, didn't have no pear wine or bottles or sm cans of blue. But other than that, .it was good

The LCBO in the Linden Park mall plaza is a chaos lineup. When I suggested that something needs to be done about it the cashier told me that they opted for the sign because it's what makes most sense for them. The sign they're referring to says lineup behind this sign. It is black and does not stand out from its background from any angle. I'm curious how something that is suggested by a multi-billion dollar corporation to make so much sense can create so much customer chaos and still be described as what makes the best sense. As opposed to posts with retractable lines which every other minor company seems to have in this world the LCBO is constantly telling people where to line up because the sign makes sense apparently and it seems to me that they are looking at us like we are the foolish ones because we don't know where to line up. It seems to me that if every customer is the problem and only one location isn't then there is a logic problem that a two-year-old could solve. Please do something LCBO about your chaotic lineup system..

A staff member there today (an older pink haired lady) verbally assaulted my husband for wearing a mask. He had a legitimate reason to wear a mask, which frankly was none of her business, but she demanded to know the reason. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable especially considering they are a government paid customer service employee.

Nice selection of wine and liquors. It was not super busy so there was not much of a wait at checkout. The cashier was super friendly and sweet!
