Absolutely love this place... we've been here twice & both times the staff has been super helpful, friendly & knowledge about their products. Their reserve bourbon is super smooth & very flavorful. I'm not the biggest fan of straight corn whiskey but theirs has great flavor & not the typical "burn all the way thru you" that I get from a lot of this style of spirit. They try their best to support other local & NY state businesses & farms to make their products, even sourcing their barrels in NY! If you're in the area the tasting room is definitely worth the stop! (even though they're not open often)

This was a great surprise drive-by discovery which turned into a fantastic tasting experience. Such a great range for such a short time in operation and really interested to see how it evolves with a few more years. The corn whiskey bourbon and cinnamon liquors are outstanding - even after such a short time.

Instead of wine, go spirit tasting! Nick did an amazing job explains the process of making their spirits. We tried some samples, some cocktails, and purchased a bottle. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a hidden gem this place is! I was skeptical when we pulled in (very small and nondescript building) but never judge a book by its cover. Our group decided this was our favorite stop on our wine tasting tour. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed getting to know him and his operation. We definitely did a little damage here (all of his spirits are *fantastic *). We loved the honey liqueur and orange version of limoncello. Do not miss stopping here!! You'll be so happy you did.

Amazing. Hands down one of the best distilleries I've visited. Everything was very smooth and had some fantastic and unique flavors - rare to find both at one place. I plan to stop here again just for one of their mixed drinks. Owner was very personable - enjoyed every minute of it.
