Got there at 8:57 and closed at 9:00 and got accused of being drunk. Not too happy. We spend a lot of money and put a lot of money into charities. There you think that they would let us grab the one item that we specifically knew exactly where it was. We would have been in and out of there before 9:00 p.m. even know it was 3 minutes to I know I understand. It's our fault that we were late but some people can. Just you know throw someone a bones sometimes makes you feel good. Have a nice day. You won't be getting my business ever again. You understand me. Yes I understand you. Yes I understand you. Okay no problem. Thanks for the message. Thank you. Have a good day. Bye

Usually they are all nice when you ask them about something you can’t find because it’s hard to find some items. But this one guy at this location i don’t know his name but he’s always rude and would never help you. I don’t know why he’s like that. I had this experience few times now. At the cash he never says hello or have a nice day or anything. Never ask for aeroplane points or anything. That is not a good customer service at all. My recent experience was I asked him about this one particular product that I tried finding but I couldn’t and so asked him saying,”sorry i can’t find something i want and it’s not there where it should be, is there anywhere else you keep it, so he goes, “if it’s not there then we don’t have it” so I asked him again and then he showed frustrated face and found the product. He already knew where it was but didn’t want a help. If you’re busy say i will be there in a minute he doesn’t have to avoid all the time. He never said hello to anyone at cash register. Not having it. I don’t know his name but he’s a kinda short/medium height

Clean store with lots of variety. Can tell that some brands are not available as shelves empty in those areas. We were they Saturday night around 7:45 ... Long line too get to cash but it moved quickly. No issues. Left satisfied

Always great service. A Rep was filling shelves and asked me what I was looking for. They took me over to that section where I found my beverage of choice. Next thing I know I'm laughing with the Cash Rep. A positive experience again.

Very busy today since it's the holidays but the line moved quickly and efficiently. I only took a star off because the holiday display is right at the front as you walk in through the gate so there is no room for more than 1 or two people at a time. Seems it would make more sense to move it away from the entrance so more people can access it.
