A gem of the revitalized Buffalo canal area. I've been a few times now and had a tour. This place offers something for everyone. From the loganberry seltzer to the craft cocktails. I'd say this is a good place to take someone where you can be sure there will be crowd pleasers for the average person who wants something fun to drink (sweet or with crushed ice...) and where you can try true craft spirits/cocktails. They have a reservation only "speak easy" that looks very cool, somewhere to dress up and take someone special for sure (the menu there is where you can get hard to find and high end pours, not just products they make). I've had a dinner with the owners, who explained all the training they've had on oak aging and distilling. On site I think they have like 50 barrels, they don't mess around with the aging process. Buffalo roots 100%, they also are saving a barrel for when the bills and Sabres win the SB or Stanley Cup (see my pics). They also serve food and have beer.

Great cocktails, and warm and friendly staff. Definitely accommodating to our large party of 10. 4 kids, ages 8 to 13 and 6 adults. The food and drinks for adults and kids were spectacular. Definitely a must stop if you're in the area.

Drinks were fabulous. Patio and dog friendliness was great. Service was great. Duck fat popcorn ($5 for a small bowl a little steep) was amazing. Only thing that was weak was the peach cobbler, was so dry, bland, and missing flavors. Didn’t taste any raspberry and peaches tasted canned. Besides that pretty solid across the board.

Came for a visit while in the area and so glad we did! The nachos were very good - just the right amount of spice. The hot toddy and Is This Heaven? gin cocktail were both excellent! Great service. Also the chairs at the bar are super comfortable - would recommend :)

We stumbled upon this place when Resurgence was too full. California vibes, great drinks, patio seating. Didn't try the food but would gladly come back!
