Waited in an lineup consisting of just myself waiting for time....while one guy mopped incredibly slowly and kept looking over...didn't call anyone over to the register. Nothing. Finally, after that, an older woman comes out from the what looks like a managers room to the register. She scans my item and walks away as its processing...I did...need a receipt. My father is very adamant on getting them. She just up and left without a dang word..so thanks for that. Thanks for the unattentive slow service. Lastly thank you for showing me why it's better to go to litterally any other beer store in town. Be professional. Not this junk. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I as in to unload some beer cans and wine bottles. A pleasant young woman was happy to help me put them in a bin. I collected the deposit money and was on my way.

I live between Peterborough and Bellville, we 2 keregaters ,we usually purchase 3 kegs every other months ,Peterborough location beer store management told us that due to paper work they can not take special keg brands. That was very very bad business!!! If they were working in private sector, they would not say anything like this ! BUT , CHRIS from BELLVILLE BEER STORE was incredibly friendly professional and helpful. He took our special keg order and we received them in few days .And also ,he said ,I can request any Thank you Chris and thank you to Belleville sore for their very impressive costumer service. .What a service! I hope your Regional manager notices you.l.
