A little busy most of the time, but a Quick-Service, in and out style business, Happy Customer!

Great store and great staff, especially now as essential workers during this pandemic! Unfortunately, there were a couple if extremely racists and ignorant people there today giving the security staff a hard time who were trying to do their job and do it it with certain restrictions to keep us all safe! You are lucky that you are even able to visit the beer store. It wouldn't be possible without the risks of many of the immigrants that are working now when others won't.

Cindy ,who works at Beer Store was exceptional to follow-up with my request to get Barking Squirrel keg.She was Very pleasant and very professional ! I just want to bring it to anyone's attention that Barking Squirrel head office is terrible when it comes communicating with the public!!! They do not answers calls, they do not take responsibility of their bad beer problem, dated September 11th, they do not answer their e mails !!! Extremely desopinted!!!

I never really know what I am getting, so I prefer the beer stores where you can browse yourself instead of ordering and they throw it at you, like this one is. On the same note, their touch screen catalog of what they have seems to be perpetually broken, which is a MAJOR issue when you don't walk in knowing exactly what you want or if you are looking for what's on sale that day.
