Very unpleasant staff. Incredibly ignorant and not friendly towards people with disabilities. The lady at the counter would not stop harassing me about my service dog and told me I had to leave because “he didn’t have a vest” and demanding I show her proof that I am disabled. I showed her a print-out straight from the ADA showing my rights but she ignored it saying “anyone can print anything out”. There is no such thing as state or federal service animal registration and service dogs are not required to wear any type of vest. By law, they cannot ask or demand that I show “proof” of being disabled.

This is my favorite of all of the area FW&GS stores. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They treat you like an old friend. They are current on the new products and will help you make a selection for a special drink. Give them a try.
