Very good liquor store. This is the second location me and my wife visited while we where visiting Toronto from the United States 🇺🇸. It's a nice place with a very large selection of liquor. I would definitely recommend this liquor store. It's a very clean place with very polite employees. If me and the wife ever visit Toronto again I'm sure we will visit one of LCBO locations for all our liquor needs. They have multiple locations in the city and all of them looked very nice.

I order 10 bottles of sparkling wine before new years and they didn’t deliver to this store so the store manager was kind to call to cancel and I picked up the bottles at queens key location. Yesterday I get an email the bottles are here. So I said I bought before new year so I don’t need it. The assistant store manager Candee said I can’t return it. So I said here is the receipt you have the merchandise and just give me a refund on my Visa .she said she will call customer service to see if she can do that I am waiting for her to return for over 30 minutes. So I just leave the bottles here and I will call costumer service to see how they train their assistant manager!!!!

One of the best places to get alcohol from. The selection of alcohol and the prices are lovely.
