One of the best LCBO’s I have ever been in. Friendly staff, well stocked and nice presentation. Finally, great customer service. Staff from other stores should be sent here for training. The only drawback with this place is, since it’s right on Yonge Street…. There’s no street parking or any parking at all for that matter.

Dear store manager Jessica, I know your employee Peter ( who is the cashier on this shift) might have potential experience a bad day, but as a font line cashier who represent LCBO brand to customer, please do train your employee to understand how to treat your customer respectfully. As a customer, I understand your sales and cashier not work for commission, I do not expect your employees would do anything beyond for customer, but at least, showed relatively welcome face, help your customers find the products, and assist your customers to direct right employee for help are the basic requirements for this job. However, when I try to ask Peter today for helping find a bottle of wine ( I’ve tried to find by myself from all potential corner and shelves, and I even checked inventory online before asking him), he ignored my request, said he is busy, his colleague is on break ( even the fact is there is a sales person on the floor, his colleague who on the other side of terminal left terminal to help her customer find the product) he could not help me, and wants to rush me away, literally called next customers behind me, even I was literally stand in front of him. What an obvious working behaviours compared with his folks, and what’s a rude way to treat your customers, please do train your employee better, as the nature of the job anyway is still the customer service

This is a decent sized LCBO in the core. It has a lot of selection in terms of beer, coolers, spirits and wine. The staff here are amazing and have helped educate me many times about wines and pairings.

Horrible customer service by the cashier Charmaine, very unprofessional and rude. When I called the store to talk to the manager and have the poor customer service addressed, the person responding to the call informed me the cashier most likely didn't do anything wrong and good luck with filing any complaints against her as LCBO has a strong union. The person responding to the call also refused to provide the name of the store manager when asked and hung up the phone. Horrible customer service on all levels! Too bad Google reviews lowest rating is one star, as the customer service at that location deserves none.

All kinds of beers, wines, liquor, and more alcoholic drinks in one same place. The place is always clean and safe and the staff is really friendly.
