The staff are always extremely friendly here! Lousy parking but I walk, so it’s very convenient. But what happened to the musicians who used to play outside? I miss seeing them.

A great selection of craft beers. I always check their website to see if a location has something I’m looking for in stock.

The young Indian cashier did terrible and aweful customer service. I bought 4 bottles of red wine yesterday and came back today to get exchange for the other 2 bottles of ice wine. This is the first time I am giving someone a bad review. She was not smart to understand what customers wanted. She didn’t know how to do exchange for me and was so rude . I told her many times that I wanted to get $50 Ice wine bottle and something else matching with the amount left of return value. But she did not understand and got impatient because she tried many times to do and didn’t make it work. I didnt know what she was doing. She needs to be trained more and, after 20 minutes waiting for her to do her job , she couldn’t finish and refuse to do exchange for me. She said store doesn’t do credit, I don’t need credit or refund, I just want to have exchange and she didn’t know how to do it for me. She waisted my time and had terrible customer service. I often buy products here but I will never come back. I don’t want to see her face there. Terrible!!!
