Admittedly, I do not shop here often (because I don't drink alcohol), but the few times I've popped in to buy gifts for other people have been fantastic. The employees are attentive, greeting me practically as soon as I enter the shop. Any time I've asked for help, I always managed to find an employee right away and they were willing and able to answer my questions. Once or twice, during a recent house move, I even popped in just to ask for empty boxes and they gave them to me no questions asked! Very helpful, respectful and friendly service!

I’ve just had the pleasure of being helped by Monika, she definitely knows her stuff, she took time explaining the differences in wine I was looking at and helped put it in gift boxes. Great attention to detail but more importantly her service is awesome! Thanks again Monika,

Best store I’ve visited. Today Sarah helped me find 6 different wines. She know every wine and the whole store layout very well. Good knowledge and great customer service :)

I usually shop from this location and I like the staff and the overall service . But yesterday when I shopped from Here my shopping experience was ruined by cashier Michelle . She was very rude to me and rolled her eyes when I asked her a question. I understand that she may be having a bad day or that there were too many customers on Sunday which may have overwhelmed here but as a customer I should be able to ask questions freely

Great inventory all of the time. A wide variety of products. Incredible wine selection in a wide range of prices. Awesome staff who are courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The staff makes it so easy to find exactly what you're looking for. And they have some really incredibly interesting unique products.
