This location has the most welcoming, authentic and helpful group of people. A big thank you though goes to Dan and Danielle for their professional approach to a patron today. May you all have a wonderful holiday season, a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Came to return couple of bottles of what supposed to be wine but in fact was a vinegar. Store clerk Paola informed me that there only be a replacent value but not the money return. I was forced to buy another product of similar or higher value. Then she wanted to take my I'd from me and record my personal info. Which I demonstrated but refused to give to her since LCBO does not have authority for such. As result I was denied the return procedure. Disappointing

The lack of professionalism at this store is subpar. Dealing with a cashier that not only is not curteuius but cursing about her job and not being on lunch is ridiculous. Definitely would recommend going to another lcbo.

The staff here are great! Want some wine recommendations, or pairing ideas? They'll be happy to advise you. There is a lot of selection. Not as big as some other LCBO locations in the community, but enough to get you ti find what you want and need fast, so you are in and out of the store quickly.
