Very friendly and helpful staff , actually they helped me find my all time fave wine! The young man at cash is always so smiley and happy and friendly he makes my day. I wish I knew his name : but he's young and very sweet. This is my go to location especially when I need help finding something new

As a former employee of the LCBO the CSR was very friendly and courteous. Took the time to talk to us as well as kept the line moving. They need more employees like this in every store. I wish I caught his name. Very nice young fellow. Well done sir

Cashier named Christine was giving us such an incredibly bad attitude as we were checking out for no reason. Quite literally acknowledge us with attitude and proceeded to scan our items with a belittling tone in front of numerous other customers. Very uncalled for and unprofessional. No one should be spoken to that way.

Amazing staff, great selection, what bothers me is the obvious failed cop/security guard, or whatever he thinks he is. I understand there is theft and obscene actions carried out by other civilians and/or patrons given their mindset at the time they are a guest at the facility. BUT! Is it really necessary or professional to have two guys, with no badge shown, wrestling someone for 10 mins at the front counter over a mickey?!? Report it and step back dudeā€¦
