Okay, I should start this review by saying that I don't live in Ontario, so it's a big difference from my Alberta liquor stores. However, I shopped at this store on New Years Eve, and I can only say good things about this place. The store is clean, organized, and has a very large selection. I was quite impressed with the staff as well. They were very professional and friendly even during one of the busiest days of the year for them. 🙌

What can you say about a liquor store, you can have great memories of your visit or maybe you don't even remember going there. You can travel the world one sip at a time, savour the libations from remote regions, or just down the road. The selection of products from the LCBO is one of the best, followed up by some of the best and knowledgeable staff and you can't go wrong. Well done.

A couple very nice, pleasant staff. One older lady was quite the Grinch, kept getting mad at my 7 year old just cause she was pushing the cart. Nothing like upsetting a kid on Christmas Eve

If a customer shares a little information of an upcoming wedding, wouldn’t you ask for a SOP#???!! Don’t care !!! Too bad so sad. That’s my experience. Thank god for the 30 day return policy. Able to return & repurchase @ Simcoe & Winchester.. Christopher and cashier were patient and accommodating and fixed everything up for us. Those guys deserve the 5*****.

Bad customer service! Typical unionized government worker. Apparently your 18 yr kid can't even help you with carrying your purchase even if you're disabled. And the staff can only direct you to a cart. Absolutely no help whatsoever!!!
