Worst experience I've had there in 40 years going there. Brought can empties back in bags, emptied into a required bin, the girl said next time wash the empties before returning them. The sign on entrance door said no more than three at a time. One person inside at empty return area, so I went in. The same girl told me to wait outside. When I did get in, she told me to read the sign on window, that was nowhere near the door, that stated, 1 person at return counter at a time. Very embarrassing since other customers were waiting. Obviously a new person. So much for returning empties. Guess they go to recycle bin now because of her rudeness.

This location hasn't been updated since the 90s. Old signs, grungy product menus, dilapidated building. I've never had bad service here but there's not much to recommend about it. The bar for TBS with me is pretty low. At the end of the day you're just going to get your case of cheap macro lager anyways so. Still, with this one it's like they're not even trying. No sign of the hundred million they were supposed to spend on upgrades. People deserve better and that goes for consumers and the people who have to staff this place.

Good service however I don't understand why when bringing returns I have to give them the count? And I have to sort everything for them. Aren't they paid by the hour?

With deference to the local crew, it’s no worse than any other TBS in the province. Shopping like in the bad old days, I go out of my way to avoid this relic of Ontario’s past. Hard pass.
