Great place. They did run out of some items (maybe an idea to order 10% more than you think you might need -- better than running out completely). Staff very helpful, nice and very good at answering questions. If the staff member didn't have an answer they found another staff member who did. (They didn't leave the customer left standing there and forget them the way another store did-- a big box store now located at the large mall did!) Nice to see some stores still believe in customer service! The only issue I have is was alittle difficult to find some things. But I would recommend this location in particular for what you are looking for. The staff, as said very helpful and the store is very clean!!

Terribly rude service on Friday Nov 18th. We are in Kingston on a college tour for our young adult. Family went in to purchase product and left feeling like criminals. Extremely embarrassed how we were spoken to in an extremely busy store. Our family stopped into purchase beverages…long story short. You are right with asking for ID, however there is a way to speak to customers and let them know in a professional manner regarding carrying purchases for adults when you are 18. Father and young adult refused at cash because daughter touched cooler for 10 seconds while father grabbed basket. We understand and apologized. Mother went in after to purchase product and refused at cash as well. Shame on you for making me feel this way. I’m sure there is a better way to deal with this scenario. We travelled along way to look at colleges in Kingston. You put a terrible taste in our mouth regarding your customer service. My husband and daughter might have made a mistake but the way I was treated is unacceptable. I didn’t go with them the first time. Learn some customer service!!

Visited recently. Big store. The staff was super kind and happy. Love love the customer service & friendliness. Does not have ice (yet) but lots of parking and great whisky & wine selection. Will return to this store just for the helpfulness of the staff! Hats off to the customer service here!

Joseph is unreal at being the line police. Outstanding work man, next time I’ll make sure I walk around the entire store looking for the sign for where to properly stand and wait. I appreciate your friendly attitude and dragging my $80.00 bottle of tequila label down. Keep doing you my man!

Same here. This location seems to be on point also. Genuinely happy to help, as I’m always shown where my requested product is. And prompt to assist and serve. This is close to home, albeit I’d abandon patronage if mid-treated here. Not the case. Thanks guys :) 👍🏼
