This location always appears to be very well stocked and I have always had a good experience with the staff members. Today I decided to write a review because I just had another excellent experience. I was looking at a specific brand of cider but only saw one flavour. The staff member saw that I was looking at the cider, asked me if I was looking for the original flavour (I was) and ran into the back to grab it for me. She was so kind and helpful!

Very rude stafff. I went there before many time never felt that. But new staff i just went there today 17 feb 2022. Lady working there was so rude have no sense of talking to someone. And make comment on my nationality that i am idiot indian. It was rude and racist. I will never come back to this place. Go to LCBO located on midland they are really good as compared to this one. Went in with friends to buy a bottle for myself, however she refused to continue with the purchase stating that all people present must show ID. I have smart serve certification and in the last 6 years that I have been of legal age I have not heard of that, only that ID must be presented if person is holding alcohol bottle. Older mid 40s women who just being very snarky and rude… I suspect it was because we were people of colour. Disgusted.

I was with a friend while he was doing Instacart. I do it very often and visit several liquor stores and all they ask for at checkout is his id and since it is an Instacart order it was not even for us. They made us cancel the order and gave terribly rude service because I didn’t have an id. They were racist. It is no law that you can’t enter a store without an id.
