Horrible, soo slow. They take your empties one by one into the very back and leave u standing there for 2 minutes before they come back and ask what u want.

Gotta love when some employees abuse their power during covid to deny people products, because the customer said there perturbed that they were treated rudely by staff. Worst customer service I've ever experienced by a lady who needs no introduction. Will never forget to treat her with the 0 respect that I was given, because I didn't read the 2 person limit sign while I was searching beer options on the computer screen. Thank god the one employee had integrity.

As a long time customer at this location I must say that the appearance and cleanliness is failing. But the worst has been in the last 4 weeks that I have been in there is the attitude of the one lady that works there. It has been very unprofessional for customer service She is always getting mad and out spoken when you go in with any returns of empties and when you are getting any large quantities of cases going out she also give bad attitude slamming the door to the back room off the wall when she goes through. This has happened on several occasions with myself and when my wife has gone in. Even when there has been several customers present that have seen this happen. It is very clear that she does not enjoy her employment there and this should be addressed by upper management.

It is a small town beer store. Friendly staff and cold beer. Simple enough. If you want something more then find a city with a bigger population.

Hardly ever a line up and quick service.
