Very nice people work here. Simon, Mark, Ashley, Parker and Max are cool employees who can relate to their clientele.

I like this place better now since they renovate. They have a walk in beer cooler in the back of the store. The store is more clean and fresher looking. You got to drop by and pick up a bottle or two!

Dump...that''s all I can say. There is the worst selection of wine I've ever seen and a staff that seems to not be knowledgeable or motivated. It is also the worst stocked store. Often they're out of many brands especially the sale items...and these items never seem to get re-stocked. This store needs a huge interior upgrade or just bulldoze it. They also need to get rid of the panhandlers and random people drinking vodka in front of their store. Seriously..I always try to find something positive in a review but I can't here. Upper management needs to take a look at what they're offering the public. Update: This location finally updated their store. They now have a much better selection of wines and a large beer section at the back. The store finally looks like a well put together retail outlet as far as the LCBO goes.

Staff were helpful. Great selection of wines and vintage section was well stocked. Not as well stocked in the Brandy section.
