Most reviews nowadays can’t be taken seriously because companies are pressuring and offering incentive to customers to write a review for them, even if it isn’t genuine. I feel compelled to write a review for this location, and hope it’s taken seriously. The customer service at this LCBO is phenomenal. Absolutely amazing. Upholding what genuinely meant quality standard. I was buying a gift for my coworker for the holidays and the gift bag ripped causing the wine to drop. The way the staff came to my aid, assured me it was okay, replaced that bottle, and even when I said I’ll pay for a new one assured me it was okay, was so refreshing. Chris went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. They all did this with a smile. Either the holidays really got these guys cheered up, or they were genuinely happy to be there and serve others. Whatever the reason, it left me speechless restoring my faith in the customer service industry.

This lcbo has very skilled and friendly customer service reps. Daniel is a kind young guy who’s always willing to help me find my wine. Nicole knows her beer section like the back of her hand. Highly recommended

This LCBO location is my favourite because the staff are so friendly and welcoming. This location also always have my favourites in stock. I do have an LCBO 2 min away from me but I choose to drive to this location because I always have a pleasant experience here.

Cloverdale Mall is a piece of Etobicoke history. History is now a bit of an overstatement, because in the near future it is destined to be be leveled for a high rise housing and retail complex. It used to be a good sized mall for a quick trip. Now it's a good spot for a walkabout for local seniors.
