Pretty consistent service here. The line-up system is a little unusual compared to most LCBO stores and I have experienced cashiers being rude to customers over their confusion. This is unfortunate... considering it's the system that's the problem, not the customer.

We’ll stocked location. Great experience on my last visit as the associate took a great deal of time assisting me with my purchases. ( Italian wine had travelled to South America on the shelf! )

I required booze, which they provided me in exchange for a reasonable amount of currency. This was my expectation, and they delivered. Transaction complete, job well done.
