I had the most wonderful experience at this LCBO! I'm not knowledgable about alcohol and I looked a little lost and an employee immediately offered to help me. When I had another question a few minutes later I went to the man at the cash and he answered my question in thorough detail. I made a large purchase but didn't have an Aeroplan card, so the employee directed me right to the Aeroplan website and offered to save my receipt so I could call later when I made an account and they'd add all the points on. On my way out, he was leaving to get coffee for his coworkers and offered to help me get all the cases of cans into my car. I believe his name was Jeremy, because when I called a bit later they remembered my name and immediately helped me get those points on. Thank you so much Jeremy, Frank, and others for such a wonderful experience

I found the employees starting with the person (Peter) managing the door to be very friendly, helpful and caring. When I asked for help selecting some wine, two people offered quick and ready advice. When I got to the check out counter and indicated I would need a bit of help managing my purchase as I recently had surgery, the cashier bent over backwards to be of assistance. I will be sure to go back to this location the next time I need to purchase wine.
