Stopped in on Saturday night. Loved the old fashioned and my wife loved the candied apple so much she got a second one. The Small Town Rollers were playing and they were great, I can’t wait to go see them again

Be ready to pay big for tiny drinks and $16 styrofoam plates of pasta. A light shot of whiskey, an aluminum can of beer (no draft) and half of plate of cheese and crackers was $24. No waitstaff. Water is in the corner.

I was brought to Altered State on a lively Friday night while visiting from out of town and was very pleasantly surprised! Very nice staff, lovely cocktails, and I really enjoyed the live music. I do think the inside bar would benefit from a designated ordering spot- waitstaff took orders from wherever clients happened to walk up to any spot bar and it was confusing as to who was waiting on a drink being made and who was waiting to order. Also the main bar had seating available, but if people people were actually sitting at the walk up bar I could see this being uncomfortable for customers. Not enough of an issue for me to take that away from the establishment though!

Great liquor! Great drinks! Great entertainment most times we've been here. Love it.

One bartender working on a busy Friday night. Stood there waiting for 10 minutes at the little bar for a drink and the bartender never even made eye contact. I left.
