Reading some negative reviews regarding staff being rude. Maybe we got lucky. I believe it was Kayla that checked us out. She was very nice. friendly chit chat. Said the manager and I had the same taste in craft beer / stouts. Store was small but a great selection of local craft beers. Compared to my local LCBO in Fort Erie this location is a incredible. I'd love to have a chat with the manager about some things I'd like to see brought in. Personally, I believe those saying they had a bad experience likely deserved it.

Was able to find some Eagle Rare there which is extremely hard to find. The agent at the counter was super personable. If in the area will stop in again.

I visited an LCBO outlet in Welland. Found it to be a quite interesting experience. One thing came to mind upon entering the store. I was impressed with the effort the LCBO provide to Ontario wine growers. The local products are in the spotlight. Another thing I noticed, being from Quebec, I tried to find wines that I am used to, unfortunately, their shelves of world products left me to desire items that I am accustomed to, compared to what they had. The store was well furnished with what they provide, the personnel are well learned and very polite and helpful. In the end my experience was good.

Called there in search of CR Salted Carmel Whiskey, Natalie was amazing, even though her store didn’t have any, she took the liberty to look at other store’s inventories , and even when that was unsuccessful she suggested an amazing idea !! Thank You Natalie!!

I find the staff here very helpful at this location. I find every employee has there own preference and tastes at this location which can help you with your choice. This location also has a variety of alcohol available here to choose from and im the type that likes to try different makes and types. I havent seen this scotch whisky at many locations and im definately impressed with it. I would definately recommend this location and come back to shop.
