I usually don’t take the time to write any reviews whether it is good or bad. But today I went to this beer store to return some empties. This was honestly my first time going to return cans since the whole pandemic started. The customer service at this location was unprofessional and disrespectful. I have never felt more uncomfortable and disrespected. I had asked a simple question of “was the return amount included on my bill?” The not so lovely young girl at the cash register laughed and then rolled her eyes at me and in a rude tone answered my question. I can for sure say that I will not be returning to this location. It’s too bad that I didn’t have anything nice to say about this location.

If you've been to a Beer Store, you know what you're in for here. This particular location does not have a walk-in storage area for customers, so it's the old school order at the counter and it comes out on rollers. They do have tablets set up so you can browse for selection and stock before placing your order (which you can also access on their web site). I'd normally give this kind of place a 4* rating as while they're fine, they're all kind of the same on some level, but this place deserves a +1 for the consistently good staff they've had there over the years. Alternately friendly and/or funny, it really does make it easy to keep stopping here for my beer even though I have other, sometimes closer, options.

Great staff, quick and friendly, don't buy Canadian though, multiple dangerously faulty bottles lately and Molson doesn't seem to care. Offered me a pathetic 6 pack voucher to be mailed for 3 faulty within 2 months

Staff are great very helpful but the place is so out dated. In my opinion you should never bring dirty stinking in some cases bottles and cans into the same place as you buy new clean supplies. All the empties shouldbe going into a separate entrance of the store.

Great service. The staff is very helpful at helping find a brew thats going to work for you. Prices are pretty typical but sometimes things come on sale and being aware of when they occur can save a fair amount of money. Always can bring in the empties to and gain some change back.
