Don not fall for the outside looks of this store. They have more than a decent stock of anything and everything possible. The guy at the counter was cool and helpful too. Couldn’t ask for a better or fanciful one. Wish it had more attention from the ongoing traffic.

I haven't been inside the newly remodeled Kilroy's in a while but when I went to run errands there and pick up a few items for someone, I noticed that it was remodeled no more tight aisles. I'm relieved because I no longer feel like I'm going to break anything. The items are placed neatly and you can find things quickly. Do it's a plus for me. Customer service was always great over there . I apologize I'll have more in-store photos for y'all during my next errand visit or the next time I take someone else there. I went in today with mask on and the customer service clerk cashier was a bit rude. Her vibe was distasteful and as she dropped my change in my hand I'm not contagious but who knows she might have been. All the years of me going in making thousand dollars purchases I have never had that happen. Don't use the time we are living in to display ugliness. I can take my business elsewhere.

Made my semiannual trip to Kilroy’s Old National to purchase Disaronna. The shelf was empty of the 750 ML. I inquired and Jay responded they would have some next Friday. I put 3 wine bottles on the counter for checkout but Jay has moved away from the counter (No other patrons in the store). Another female employee steps up to the checkout so I move my products to her side for checkout. I engage her about my looking for the Disaronna with plans to share my usage of the product and disappointment in lack of availability but before I could complete my sentence Jay hollers at me, “I already told you”. Now, if he had been in place for my checkout, I never would have had opportunity to address or move the product to the side where the female employee was. Jay hollering at me and deciding what I can say to someone else is totally out of order. As a patron, I can share with this employee or anyone willing to listen whatever I choose. He has no right to disrespect or denigrate my rights as a female. He was totally rude, insulting and out of order. Who chose him as MASTER? He needs to learn to stay in his place and find something productive to do (check out patrons). In America, women of color don’t have to ask permission to talk or speak. Additionally, he suggested I Google and inferred I lacked the capacity to Google, when I asked for the phone number in order that I could check product availability the upcoming week. Finally, he refused to apologize for interfering and disrupting a private conversation that made no reference to him; hence, this review.

Well stocked, clean store. Staff is very knowledgeable about the products. Found a German wine which is difficult to found. Will definitely be going again.
