DON'T BE FOOLED by all the 5 star reviews. This place is the worst of the worst. This is not the place you want to stop in to buy a bottle of wine on the way to a party. Staff is rude and follows you throughout the store. Not to mention the gender profiling. If you are a woman with a purse you WILL NOT BE SERVED!!! Purses are not allowed and the fake cop at the door will be sure to approach you and tell you to get out or leave your purse in the car. SHAMEFUL!!

I went to the store yesterday and there was a sign to say no purses allowed. I proceeded and the security guard said mam no purses allowed. I exited the store. I think it is ridiculous to not allow a woman in carrying a purse. I called the store and expressed my thoughts on their policy. I was told there was a lot of theft. I will not be spending my 💰 ney in a place where I can't take my purse to pay for products. If it's such a concern, then check bags when customer exits.

Don’t shop here. This is not the place to visit if you carry a purse. They literally turn customers around at the door if you carry a “purse larger thank a lunch sized paper bag”. Unbelievable. If theft is an issue, not allowing purses larger than a sandwich bag is not how you combat it bc this over time will discourage customers from visiting, not to leave their purse. They should hire a business consultant on other managing theft strategies and understanding the offense to customers. There are at least two other (New South Package Store and South 85 Package Store) package stores less than a mile away, shop there….and those stores are less expensive on average anyway. Check the prices and see if you are willing to deal with the unreasonable requirements and pay $15 more on a bottle.

I went to this store at about 1015. I couldn't get in the door, so I went through the exit door. The rent a cop said I went through the wrong door I understood but not to service me because I went through the wrong door is pathetic. Just because you upgraded doesn't mean you can treat your customers like you ( because you upgraded) .Your new your store has always been there for those who try to do what they need to do it's so funny how money can change people
