Decent prices. Normally good selection but commonly out of certain items. Friendly staff. Good parking. Convenient location.

I called in to see if they had dewars white label in half gallon to get 10 of them for gifts for my friends and relatives. A grumpy old man didn’t like when I asked about the price match and hung up. I have always seen flourishing places like this going down in a couple of years because of arrogance and rude customer service.

Grumpy old man gives terrible customer service. Either he owns the place or a relative of the owner. He is going stay here until he dies, unfortunately, hate to see him every time give a ride look at me when I walk in and giving either a head shake or turning away, lol, frustrating

great selection... kind of cramped and dark... they have a separate little area for the better wines...

Wow how rude. Older gentleman was far from helpful or friendly. I asked if they had a specific vodka and he said he never heard of it but did hear of the flavor in a rum. So I asked where might I find the flavor rum and his reply was “ I don’t’ I said, if you do have it where would it be? He said “I don’t know if we even have it.” He wasn’t about to walk from behind the counter to help a customer find it. So he said “I can see if it is in the database but that doesn’t mean we have it” I told him don’t bother to find out and help me locate it in the store. Then he said” if we have it it would be over there and then pointed to one side of the store. By that time, my friend found it and I said, “Here it is and you had it so you are lucky to even make the sale!” I saw an earlier review saying how rude they were and the store reply to the review was that they were under management three months ago. Does that mean new owners? Because if he was the owner, he will own the banknote for his loan when this store goes out of business. Hopefully sooner than later.
