I received 2 bottles of whiskey today. But there was no box, there were only 2 bottles in the box. Their website still shows the box as being there. I bought these whiskey for long term storage. I may pass these on to my son. But without the original box, it means nothing to me. I immediately sent an email and is waiting for their response. I don't know what they will do, but I will update after their work is done. [UPDATE] I requested to send the original boxes and they immediately sent them. You should ask them the box before placing orders.

I made a purchase a while ago of a bottle of whisky and after I had made my purchase, gotten an order confirmation and had my card charged, they emailed me saying they had “just been updating prices” and that I had to pay more money to get the whisky that I wanted. Absolutely ridiculous. Someone I know asked where they could get a bottle of the same whisky; I told them specifically not to order from here and don’t recommend others shop here either.

I have been ordering from winetoship for a number of years now, and it has always been a great experience. It's very convenient to skip the store. With their discounted products and the shipping fees, the price ends up being about the same as going to the liquor store. Plus, I can get much larger bottles than I can find near me. I've seen other reviews stating products are often out of stock and customers are not notified of the delay, but I personally have never experienced anything being out of stock. Perhaps I'm ordering standard items - I really don't know.

Ordered 4 bottles of whisky April 14, 2022. Received via Fed-Ex April 25, 2022. Didn't get a shipping confirmation until the 21st, after I emailed to inquire. So, they are quiet on communication, but delivered where it counts. I would buy from this website again. Thanks so much! :)

Manager Lisa was very helpful. The person Mercedes I spoke to via customer support email was worse than useless. I would be happy to use them again so long as I, nor anyone else, don't have to deal with Mercedes again. However, the website needs to clearly reflect what is and is not in stock as it does not do so. I was still under the impression that I was ordering something in stock and after their 3-5 day processing it would be delivered within 2 days as I purchased the 2 day shipping extra. If something had indicated that it was out of stock and had to be special ordered, I would be more understanding of the situation.
