I shop here once or twice a week, theyve always been very nice until today. I stood at the counter for 3 or 4 minutes while they worked putting up their stock, they never even acknowledged i was there. Of coarse they were watching me the whole time.

I never leave reviews, but the customer service was so bad I felt I needed to. I'm from out of state, and I didn't think to ask to use the bathroom (very quickly, I might add). The door was wide open, but apparently there was an out of service sign that I had missed. When the cashier pointed this out to me and that I should have asked, I apologized for not having done so and missing that. She continued to berate me and tell me how rude I was, and mumble to herself for many minutes, and I apologized a few more times, which she rejected disdainfully. Honestly, if my travel schedule weren't so tight I would have just left without buying anything. In fact, looking back, I'm still disappointed that I spent any money there after that experience.

Called about a special order wine and after not hearing back after 2-weeks I called back and they said they cannot get what I wanted - but didn't bother to call me back to tell me. Poor customer service! Called Rouse's Supermarket immediately afterwards and got exactly what I wanted without any problems.
