What a lovely, personal tour. Couldn't recommend this enough! Jedd is a knowledgeable, personable distiller with a clear passion for his products. And that passion shows in the taste! I don't even like gin, but somehow left with a bottle of his barrel-aged gin. He makes everything by himself in the tiniest little studio of magic, and it's all phenomenal. Totally worth making an appointment to go see it. Nice chatting with him and learning about the distilling process.

Shop local! This hole-in-the-wall absinthe and gin distillery is difficult to find and lacks signage (look for the Art Egg Studio), but worth the trip. The owner will walk you through his process, and you can sample the gin and absinthe afterward. My husband and I particularly enjoyed his barrel aged gin and red absinthe.

The best distillery in town happens to be the smallest. Every spirit in the tasting was well balanced and elegant. The brandy, single malt and rum were the highlights for me. Highly recommend that you hunt this place down and pay a visit.

Definitely worth a visit. Very hands on distillery and owner has truly created some well-balanced spirits that showcase his hard work to bring quality, artisanal blends to market. Euphrosine #9, came in two variants, traditional and barrel aged. The latter was truly smooth as silk loaded with complexity and richness. Very drinkable and refined. Palate pleasers for sure. Yummy two year old brandy with a lovely mouthfeel. In addition, the rum was super tasty and not sweetened post-distillation, with almost a cachaça-like quality. Absinthe, for those who enjoy it, also comes in two varieties, crafted with home-grown wormwood. Take the Broad Avenue bridge over, first ramp on right is Earhart Blvd, then quick right onto Dupre St, then immediate right onto Euphrosine St, of eponymous gin fame. If you are under an overpass looking at some Egg place, wondering where on EARTH your journey has taken you, have no fears. You are at the right spot ! Enjoy !
