Gave it 3 stars because of decent liquor selection and two young men were great. They lost two stars because of one employee, an adult child who has horrible customer service and sales training. As owner of several retail stores it is baffling how bad her attitude is.

This store is a good place to go, spent thousands in there. Unfortunately tonight they lost a customer due to Maria and her incredibly rude attitude. Can't even place my items on the counter before she is eyeballing me and having my cashier let me know to take care of an issue I had discussed with her on my last visit(I hadn't brought enough cash and didn't realize and was offered a tab.Hadnt been in since), I came to rectify the situation and didn't have an opportunity before I was embarrassed and treated like trash. I will NEVER shop here again. The ownership is amazing and I have had good experiences and service for the most part until now. Pretty sad your management has no customer service skills much less common courtesy. That being said my treatment this evening was uncalled for, inappropriate and absolutely unacceptable. If I were her superior she would be terminated or at the least demoted effective immediately. Sincerely-A

Kewl place, kewl people. Tho 75% of their stuff aint priced so you have to have em ring it up just to find out what it cost. I have brought it up a few times letting em know its a hassle but to no avail. But whatever. It aint my joint so i just dont buy what aint priced. If you are selling it price it.

Mesa Liquor is a gem. It is literally your one stop shop for everything you need. While waiting for your laundry, the children can play at the Arcade and you get your shopping done at the Market for your food/groceries, which also has the best selection of liquors, beers and tobacco products in Mesa. On top of everything I needed they were extremely courteous and helpful. Great job Mesa Liquor!!!
