I came in wanting to buy my husband an affordable but excellent whiskey for his birthday, and was hoping someone could help me as I'm clueless about such things. Michael greeted me right away, asked me some thoughtful questions about my husband's preferences and took a look at the photo I took of what my husband currently has, then determined my budget. He then lead me to three selections he thought would appeal, gave simple but detailed explanations, and made my choice so simple. I never thought I would thoroughly enjoy shopping for spirits, but Michael was so helpful that I smiled for hours afterwards. My husband absolutely loved the one I selected - I'll be back for sure, and I'll definitely be asking Michael what else he recommends!!! Thank you for taking such good care of me!!!

Awesome place. Wished there was more of them. WIFE needed her Basil Haden Manhattan mix on the rocks and I needed my Butter Pecan moonshine. Both are excellent by the way and not sold anywhere but Total Wine & More. Excellent customer service as well. Love this place!!! Thank you.

Have visited this location many times. The staff here are ALWAYS very friendly and willing to answer questions or help you find whatever you're looking for. Occasionally they don't have the exact thing we're wanting but they never fail to offer what ends up being an excellent alternative. I can highly recommend these folks!! Stop by and visit them for any alcohol needs.

Me and my now husband shopped at Total Wine for our wedding on 11/3. From the tasting, to purchasing, to returning the unused alcohol, everything went flawlessly. Every single staff member was extremely polite and easy to work with, and we were shocked at how easy it was to return the alcohol that went unopened. Sam and I highly recommend everyone to do their wedding shopping here. Special shout-outs to Raul for the tasting experience, and Danielle for making the return process so simple and hassle-free. Thank you so much!
