On a lark, my wife and I decided to stop by to see if Total Wine had a wine we like that we ran out of. We were greeted by a delightful older woman that was working the tasting bar. When we told her what we were looking for (Artesa - Pinot Noir), she checked the inventory on her hand-held device,. She told us, "Maybe not," as it indicated there was only one remaining bottle in stock and it's a discontinued item. She stopped what she was doing to walked us over to where that one bottle was supposed to be on the shelves. Thankfully, she found the last bottle. She did not stop there. She checked to see if any of the other stores had any bottles available. Sadly, they didn't. We had the one last bottle in all the stores. But I was impressed at her willingness to go the extra mile. I told her I like to support local vintners. She showed me some of her favorite Arizona wines and we wound up picking up a few more bottles I've had before. She was a delight to meet and do business with. She represents Total Wine &. More with professionalism; I just wish I remember her name. I will but from her again when I go to that store.

On Christmas Eve I went to TW&M in the phoenix area and purchased alcohol. Everything was great. Unfortunately, they ran out of a bottle I was looking for, so I went not only to a second location but third! While in the Rio Salado location I did find the bottle I was looking for. Stood in line for about 20ish minutes. Once I get to the cashier, I hand her my ID as well as my husbands. She calls another employee over to take a look at our ID's and grabs a paper to inform me that they do not accept my husband's Mexican ID. I simply said, "Oh shoot really, the TW&M in phoenix did just earlier". He then very loudly tells me that "We hold up a higher standard than them". Everyone, and when I say everyone around us, more than easily 20 people in line just turned their eyes to us. His comment wasn't only uncalled for and rude but humiliating. I don't understand how not accepting a visiting foreigner ID makes you have a higher standard than your other stores, but he could have very simply just told us he couldn't accept his ID due to policy. To say the least we left very embarrassed. I notified my sister of the situation. She asked for his name which I didn't not know at the time. I went back inside to get his name and to make matters even worst HE'S A SUPERVISOR! Another employee heard me asking Riley his name. Riley asked why I needed it and I let him know I was literally just there a few minutes ago and that his comment was just really uncalled for, the issue was not being sold the bottle; we had gotten others from the other location. But his comment was very demeaning and plain out racist. To which the other male employee jumped in and started yelling at me that he had already spoken to me on the phone about the situation. I notified him that was not me he spoke to and maybe my sister. To which he yelled at me, "I'm not going to keep arguing with you and your sister". I told him this conversation didn't even involve him and that I didn't speak to him that he approached the counter to jumped in my conversation with Riley and to stop yelling at me. They both literally gained up on me speaking so loudly as if the issue to be the bottle but not his demeaning racist comment. To say the least Riley the supervisor and his manager who wouldn't give me his name need more training.

Love it. This store has all the brands I love and at a price I like. There are many very high end selections to choose from if your in the market for something jaw-dropping

A true one stop shop! There isn't a bottle of liquor your won't find in this place and to top it off, one hell of a selection of cigars! This place will continue to get all my business.

My favourite store in Arizona. An amazing selection of single malts, and whatever it is that other people drink. Super staff, always helpful, and always well versed in their products.
