We really enjoyed the tour and tasting. There is a mixed drink menu available and they allow visitors to bring their own food. The owners work hard to produce quality product. Live band on Friday night was fun too.

Just a whole lot of fun to be had. Enjoyed seeing and hearing about the process of making their amazing tasting, award winning spirits. This is a “must do” if you are in Prescott!

They got a lot of things right, but there is room for improvement. Friendly, chill atmosphere with live music. The spirits could use less sweetness all around, but the flavors were there. I’m not a distiller or anything, I just taste a lot and have my preference. The cocktail menu has a decent balance of styles… our cocktails were too sweet and we couldn’t finish them. This is the best place for improvement… Jerry Thomas’s bartenders guide covers the balance booze, acid, sweet, and bitter… losing the speed pourers for some jiggers… fresh pressed juice, etc. Though it all depends upon if they are going for a craft cocktail that accentuates their spirts or a general bar hangout.

Tour is definitely worth it. it comes with a flight of vodka, gin and whiskey. It's very educational and the atmosphere is great. The owners are amazing and the family dog, Blue is an awesome bonus. They also have amazing cheese, meat and veggie boards.

Fantastic drinks. These men are phenomenal at capturing the western spirit of cocktail crafting. Although only open on weekends, it gives me something to look forward to during the week. Live music EVERY Friday night. Can't praise them enough.
