Amanda gets a 5 star rating!!! But the store in general gets 1 star because of all the other incompetent, unprofessional and rude employees, including but not limited to ashley and christine. Customer service skills are definitely not required to work here. Amanda is their only saving grace! She goes above and beyond for me every time I go there and is the ONLY employee who knows the actual operations of the store.

Large store with a huge variety of wine, beer, soda, mixers, liquor, and glassware. They have a growler area where you can fill your own with many varieties of beer to choose from. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Prices are mostly fair, but if you know your price points you can get some good deals. Sign up free to become a member to take advantage of the prices.

We went in to get some tequila for a party and the associates there were very polite and helpful. They explained the different processes used for different tequilas and recommended on a bottle keeping in mind our budget. They were not pushy just very helpful which I appreciate since I don't know much about alcohol at all.

Bevmo definitely has a large selection, but I don't think their prices are particularly good. This strikes me as a "mark up to mark down" situation. The items that are "buy one, get one for five cents" are priced at twice what the product actually sells for elsewhere, so essentially, you're just being pushed to buy two to get the fair market price. On our last visit, 2 of the 3 items I bought rang up at a higher price than was on the price sticker on the shelf. In one case, the price was twice what the price sticker on the shelf indicated. I had to take the checker to the locations of each item and point out what the price sticker showed. He attributed that to them being in the process of repricing the entire store. Somehow, this just seems sneaky to me, since it I'd had more items, I might not have noticed. It they are repricing the store, they should finish that FIRST, then update their point of sale system, not charge more for items that the pricing signage indicates.
