Prices are good, and there are a lot of selections. Great gift ideas . We needed help finding a certain beer, we stopped and asked someone where it might be. With all the selections, it's easy to get confused. She was very helpful and knew exactly where it would be.

The staff at this store are great and it is always well organized and clean. While there is good wine, beer, and spirits, it is not a very well curated section so plan to spend some time sifting through a lot of options to find the few you are looking for. They stock a lot of the overpriced, but low quality, options so do your research before going!

Recommendation: CHECK YOUR DATES ON THE LABELS !!!! While pricing is certainly good, I suggest that you be aware of the circumstances we experienced. We bought a bottle of "Educated Guess" Cab that was marked down. Because we were in a bit of a rush, we "welcomed" the discount and bought our selections. It wasn't until LATER, after I opened the bottle and tasted it.... did I look at the date on the label... 2020. So it had been sitting in warmth for over 2 years and was degrading. Of course, Total Wine wanted to get THAT year out of the store. From now on, I will check every date and not be swayed by a supposed "good deal." Because it's probably NOT that good afterall.

The store was well stocked and very organized. Several employees help me fill a large order for instacart. I later learned that it was for a wedding reception. The manager Jim was there that day and he was very informative. I also shared with him that I am the volunteer coordinator for the four peaks Oktoberfest at Tempe Town lake. And I asked if we could keep in touch so some of his employees could volunteer with us if they wanted to. I was a great day to be in that store. And I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer.

Great selection and typically the lowest prices. Most times I'm there and browsing the selection, at least one employee will ask if they can help with anything. However, I found out how awesome and easy it is to use the app to find what I want after realizing the little stickers on the shelves say which bay is which. :)
