Visited Phoenix for the first time with the wife. Whiskey hunted solo while the wife was in business meetings. They had a nice inventory of rare whiskey but out of my price range as they were HIGH secondary prices. They had my favorite, Eagle Rare, but wanted $80 for a 750. Staff wasn't very welcoming and were more interested in the game on TV than helping me. Took 1 star off because their prices were too high, even for regular bottles. Took another star off because staff was so unwelcoming. Took last one off for overall experience.

It's convenient, the guys were nice I guess, but man the prices at these liquor stores are ridiculous. Just go to a grocery store. If you have $6 to spend on 1 pint of the lowest low shelf vodka then this is the place for you. I guess the appeal of these places is convenience, but there are grocery stores within half a mile of this place that will sell you what you want at half the price.

Update: We have enjoyed every sandwich on their menu and never had a complaint. Everyone employed at this establishment is always cheerful and always ensures we know our patronage is appreciated. ************************ They have an excellent inventory of booze and more. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Inside is "Hangover Hoagies" sandwich shop. Veggies aren't prepared until you place your order. I've enjoyed the Rueben 3 times thus far. Additionally, there is an outdoor dining area that was very nice for late night snacking! Everything is always kept super clean. They stock liquors I've never seen before so if you're seeking hard to find spirits I recommend checking this liquor store out.

Best Liquor store in Tempe by far. I've been going here for over 10 years now.The store is always clean & stocked, best Sub sandwiches in Tempe " Hangover Hoagies " fresh produce & meats used. Mike "the owner" is a great guy & his 2 main guys there Andy & Adam are awesome. The whole staff there is always in a good mood & friendly... I always tell people about this place & recommend it especially if you want a Delicious Sub for a good price.
