I had a shipping issue for a gift I was hoping to give as a Christmas present and they took great care to ensure that a replacement would arrive in time. The replacement arrived with no issues just in time for Christmas and so I'm very appreciative they made sure to make that happen for me. Thank you!

Ordered an imported Gin, I've been waiting 4 years for it to import from the UK. Understandably the bottles were spendy. I accidentally bought 3 instead of 2 from the website, user error. But the bottles arrived just 3 days later with the cheapest shipping and were encased in sturdy, tubular balloons. ☺️ Super delighted

My first interaction with Flask involved a relatively rare whiskey purchase which was unfortunately lost in shipping. Peter immediately apologized for the inconvenience and made a full refund while he put in a claim with the carrier and offered to source a new bottle - there was no trouble to me at all. The second interaction was a private sale which went far better than I could have anticipated. It was a seamless transaction of the highest levels of professionalism and business conduct. I could only hope for similar if buying or selling elsewhere. Several of the reviews here indicate negative customer experiences, though I can say that mine have been exactly the opposite - only positive. For those who believe that prices are too high...you are always welcome to shop elsewhere, though good luck finding similar, unique and rare inventory from a trustworthy business located in a prime metropolitan area which also ships interstate.

I ordered, Pure White Hennessy, from Flask Fine Wine & Whisky. I picked the 2 or 3 day delivery. I hope this is real, because it's supposedly not sold in the states... This will be my first time tasting the HPW, but I want to know what the hype is about... ooouu la la It's suppose to floral flatter your nose like a spring blossom, and so, feminine it actually only sells for $40 to $50 bucks in France or the Carribeans.. Supposedly it doesn't ploy in the U.S, but I'm excited to see if this bottle will ploy on my steps, and it did..
