Great product- but their opening hours seem to Be random. It says they are open Saturdays Join -7pm. I drove an hour to pick up product…. But they are closed. Even at the gate it says Noon -7pm. Not even a note that they had to close- Poor biz practice! And I am left without product. Again, I love the place and the founder. I adore their philosophy and I wish their experience would be better!

Amazing place to do a tour/tasting, but also makers of some of our favorite spirits: - Pear spiced liqueur - NOLA Coffee Liquor - All of their gins

It's an impressive facility with a full view of the Bay. They have various kinds of gin and vodka to try. I'll be honest that I'm not a fan of gin or vodka so this review is only regarding service and overall experience. I just wanted to see what this place is about and it didn't disappoint. The service is excellent here and they even have tours for you. Everyone seems to be extremely knowledgeable about their products and suggested food pairings or cocktails. One thing is for sure is that their product line is quite smooth compared to most of what I've ever tried outside of the distillery. It's a shame I'm not a fan of gin and vodka, I would probably come here more often. Maybe I'll get a taste for it one day. If I had to choose, i think the green chili vodka would be my top choice. Either way cheers

Historic old military base location with a modern distillery repurposing an old building. Nice view across the bay of the San Francisco skyline from the parking lot. Paid tasting of some exceptional spirits inside, and a full selection of their products for purchase. There were 3 of us and the tasting included 6 tastes each - they had 15 spirits available to taste, so we lined up all 15 to share and then selected 3 more samples to revisit - that worked out great! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The absinthe is top notch if you're a fan, which many are. We had a great selection of 4 very different gins that pleased our gin lover. And the new winner of the day was the green chili vodka - what a great nose! Well worth the visit!

What a great experience! We did both the tasting and the tour. We had a fun quirky tour guide who was very knowledgeable in the past and present production of their spirits! The brewery was really nice and the equipment was very interesting! The spirits were delicious!
