I was overcharged and scammed because I used my EBT card. A regular sandwich cost $4.50 and a drink was $1.25. The store owner charged me $8.50. I soon realized after I was scammed. Don't come here if you want to use your EBT benefits because they will take advantage of you.

Sam, the owner is an Alameda Gem! The nicest human to ever grace this island! And yes, hands down! The best egg rolls this world has ever seen!

Great little place. Stopped in for the first time when my car broke down across the street and I needed lunch while waiting for the tow. Tasty sandwich. Service with a smile.
