3 extremely unhelpful and unknowledgeable customer service people all of which had no idea about inventory, all looked to be in their 50s-60s. The younger associates were very helpful when asked about inventory and within seconds pointed me to exactly what I was looking for. Perhaps knowing what you stock in-store would be useful as someone who works in retail? recommend retraining the 3 mentioned above.

I was able to speak with their expert. They were able to help me pick out an amazing tequila. As well as help my father pick out an amazing Brandy. Both tasted phenomenal. I will certainly be back

Eddie this one is for you my old racist friend. Everyone else is professional, genuinely helping and has thick knowledge of their products. But Eddie who was working around aisle 5 on 3rd of this month is not living in 2023. Buddy of mine called Eddie surprisingly working in costumer based industry. I am sure he is still there. If you see him say hi for me and enjoy his superior disrespect while trying to ask one question! No need reply. Will be removed upon his absence. Until then let the truth be known.

I’m not a fan of big retail liquor stores but they have a few things I would have to order otherwise. Their prices on some items are a lot cheaper and overall less expensive than alternative big retail beverage stores.

I love alcohol so I love this store. They have a phenomenal amount of spirits, beer and wine and they actually listen to the requests in the suggestion box. The staff here are Soo good, always happy to take the time to help you find something, give you samples and give awesome recommendations. It's like a toy shop for adults.
