Went here in preparation for a party. The selection and size is overwhelming! It can be a lot for casual hostesses and non drinkers like myself, but I can see the appeal. If you need something for say a cocktail recipe, they have all the obscure spirits/ingredients and then some. The wine collection spans the globe and at all price ranges. The membership program does not start with immediate benefits but can definitely be worth it for regular consumers. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, which ultimately helped my preparations. Come on a weekday early afternoon or morning for no crowds. They seem to have a lot of stock from wine brands that are huge producers and less of the rare or really exceptional wines from smaller houses. BUT it’s a HUGE store, there’s a free wine chiller [great if you’re on your way to a party and need a gift for host], they do tastings and they have everything from mead and craft beer to an extensive selection of hard liquor to liquor-free mixers to desert wine and natural wine to bar supplies and more. If you can’t find *something* to buy here, that’s your fault, not theirs!

A Costco-sized selection of wine, beer, spirits, mixers and yes - even mead. As impressive as the store was, I can’t help but dock it one star. Here’s why: It was my first time visiting the store as I placed an order specifically for their last two bottles of Hard to find 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon. I drove 1/2hr out of my way only to find that once I picked up my online order, they had switched it for two 1.5L bottles of a 2019. They didn’t bother to tell me - so I could have gotten home only to find then if their mistake. Thankfully I checked it in store, when the associate only then decided to tell me it was a “stocking error” why they didn’t even have the 2015. Needless to say, I immediately returned both of them. Not a great look and left a bad impression. I sincerely hope the next customer doesn’t experience the same.

Like all Total Wines, there is a great selection that is well organized. The employees at this location are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to assist. We asked for a local whiskey to try and the associate pointed out a couple different California brands. Also, in a freak accident, one of the bottles I purchased broke as I was putting it in my bag at the register. The staff replaced the bottle for me no questions asked.

Club prices, offering discounts large and small if you’re willing to entertain brands outside your habitual procurement choices. Love the way they have the wine labeled so you can support small producers and minority owned businesses. They carry a vast majority of what’s seen online, and if they’re out of something they have no problem helping you come up with a solution or alternative to fulfill any stock gaps. Fairly diligent staff, patient and attentive. No matter how late or rushed my shopping experience, I always get what I need. Exercise caution if quality spirits and unique imbibing accoutrement are your happy place. I always end up with an extra few bits or bottles to take home or promptly order online. Seldom do I fail to make the time to purchase here, especially with the convenience of order pickup, doorstep delivery windows, and the pleasant in store shopping experience.
