Great selection of stuff but definitely room for improvement. They have an online store where I placed an order for a couple of bottles of whiskey and while my card was charged, they never sent me a confirmation and after waiting almost all day, I decided to go in to investigate what was happening with my order. Turns out they didn’t have either of the bottles I ordered despite being able To make the purchase online. They ended up canceling my order in the store and I decided to purchase a couple different bottles that I saw on the shelf and when I tried to pay with my credit card they told me they had a policy that no credit card are allowed over $100. They asked me to get cash from the store’s ATM but I didn’t have my debit card with me. After trying to understand why my credit was no good, they decided to make an exception for me and let me make the purchase. The whole experience was really awkward and poor and I certainly won’t be back. Tip to the owner/management: please update your online store inventory and don’t allow customers to make purchases if the goods don’t actually exist.

Don't keep website up to date. Says that they sell Bartles & Jaymes Fuzzy Navel Wine Coolers at specific location and DO NOT CARRY THEM AT ALL...when asked why don't they update website, the guy just mumbles under his breath cuz obviously he doesn't care...horrible

Always excellent customer service, as if they could get a specific whiskey in a bigger bottle and they ordered it right away. I can only buy thus Yukon Jack at this store. So Happy. Thank you again

They have a large number of whiskies listed for sale on the website, at reasonable prices. But none of them are in stock or available. It's a deceptive practice they use to lure people in, and the know they don't have them to sell. Anything else that's worthwhile is priced 2-3 times higher. If an item is not in stock, it should be removed and not available to be purchased online. Items I have tried to purchase months ago (which were not in stock) are still for sale on the website.
