First time at Bevmo and a terrible experience. Unpleasant customer service by Andrew. I was scolded by him in a extremely rude way instead of being helped. I really want to thank Andrew for his outstanding service and reminder on why I should visit total wine & more instead.

It's nice enough but sometimes you will get a worker that knows nothing about the store or what they sell so cant answer your questions and a few times at night the guy working was not too friendly infact he was kinda intimidating and a little rude but maybe he had a rough day??? Idk.

There is one thing I can say about BevMo is their customer service. I was looking for the perfect Christmas gift, a whiskey, and a bourbon I was helped by several people in the store. One person was Andrew. His knowledge on Bourbons was amazing. This is a Toys "R" Us for adults, knowing if you like alcohol. Kristen that works there. She knows what to combine and what to drink and what tastes. Just like the real stuff and oh I'm telling you if you want any information about mixing drinks or what kind of drinks to serve. Shout of to the cool "Beer Guru" guy, whose name I did not catch, but want to thank for the recommendation. This stuff is the ticket! If ya'll didn't know...now ya know.

This as a great location, clean and well stocked. The manager Mario is always very helpful as well and will go out of his way to help you find what you need.

Great store and helpful staff. Can't go wrong if you are looking for something to take the edge off or if you are trying to get plastered.
