We had the pleasure of stopping by Central Coast Distillery yesterday and sampled several of their hand crafted Forager spirits. Everything that we tasted was unique and memorable and of the highest quality. The presentation was impeccable and we felt like we had received an education on various spirits. I want to thank the team there for an incredible experience and would recommend their products to everyone without question. If you are in the area please stop by and pick up Forager spirits. You will not regret it!

The wife and I stopped by here on a weekend trip to Paso and were so glad we did. The drinks were great, but the real magic is in the making. The work that goes into making the spirits, the time taken to forage and distill make something beyond your usual store shelf alcohol. Coupled with the charm of Eric and his wife; the care they put into this place make all the difference. From sustainable utensils, to the way the others who work there talk about it, theres a great feel to the place.

Some of the best spirits I've had from anywhere, especially from a small craft distillery. It's a family business and they'll make you feel warm and welcome. they have such a wide variety of spirits and liqueurs that they have a whole cocktail using stuff they make in house. Eric is both a master distiller and mixologist so order what you want. Come saturday for super good food, new menu every week.

What an amazing place! I can't believe it took us so long to discover this! Definitely our new favorite place for cocktails. They do to-go cocktails.

We have been to three dinners, and this very unique wine tasting. Eric & Anna were very casual and comfortable to listen to, Eric was speaking in easy to understand terms and used real life references and some humorous anecdotes to discuss a vertical tasting as well as a few surprises. Dinners are always fun and casual, Drew and Anna make you feel right at home while Eric mixes his wonderful liquids. You will not be disappointed. It’s like dining with family. Cheers!
