We had a great experience here. Michael made us a Whiskey Sour with Bourbon and Old Fashioned with Bourbon. Both drinks were delicious and Michael was very attentive. While the drinks were great Michael had a knack for explaining each liquor. We left with a bottle of the Bourbon. Great place to go to at Tin City!

We love their products and the experience at their distillery. We have tried their gin, a number of vodka based products, and their Manhattan Project (check it out). Everything is very good and we enjoying sharing them with our friends. We've visited the distillery twice and bot times were met with first-class service. We visit Tin City whenever we can and look forward to our next trip to Paso Robles.

Very cool & unique tasting concept! A craft distillery specializing in oaked or fruit-infused spirits, particularly brandy. 4 stars only because I'm not a brandy drinker so I can't personally speak to the taste but my friends are and they all really enjoyed it. I loved the look and feel of this industrial-style tasting room, especially the "shine" from the copper! The owner & distiller, Patrick, was so nice & welcoming and very passionate about what he does which really made the experience even more special.
